AscTec Falcon 8

The AscTec Falcon 8 is an optimized high performance flight system. Performance, meaning the system can be safely used anytime and with flight stabilisation it is the fastest in its class, perfect for a smooth (video) flight even with full payload in high wind speeds up to 10 m/s or for aggressive maneuvers. The propulsion system has a high safety margin and offers amazing professional image and video quality in a small size system.

Falcon-8 (1.8Kg AUW) UAS is totally progammable (in near real-time) with auto-home function, 2.4Ghz telemetry, 5.8GHz real-time video downlink, Endurance :18mins (we have 6 X LiPol batteries so, relatively easy to land, replace battery and take off again so, we can keep platform in air for upto 1 hour), Payload : 720P HD, 16MP Digital Imagery and Tau-640 Thermal camera.  UAS/UAVs in Ireland (<20Kg) cleared to fly in un-controlled airspace to 120M vertical AGL and 500m horizontal visual range.
